How do I book a service?
Payment
How do I make payment for the service rendered?
Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayNow to our company UEN/bank account number.
Any hidden fees or deposit required?
No. Our fees are transparent and no other extra charges involved.
Schedule of Booking
Will the cleaner reach my place on time?
Our cleaner will try to reach your place on time however please allow up to 10-15 minutes before or after the booking time depending on traffic conditions at time of travelling.
Am I able to reschedule my booked session?
Yes. Kindly inform us at least 3 days in advance so we can make the necessary arrangement accordingly.
Services Rendered
How many cleaners will be assigned?
1 cleaner will be assigned. If you are booking on a recurring basis, we will try our best to match the same personnel for your future scheduled session(s).
Will your cleaner be bringing along cleaning supplies?
Cleaning tools and solutions will be provided by customer. Our cleaner will make use of your tools and cleaning agents hence do take some time to go through with them before they start the cleaning session.
